Golf Course Construction Swings Into Action On The Bulgarian

There has been much interest in the high plateau areaoverlooking the northern coast at Topola just north of Balchikin Bulgaria. Investors who have bought land in this locationhave enjoyed substantial gains in the value of their Bulgarianproperty investment, but will this continue?

For the most part of 2005 there was little activity on the golfcourse construction site. This lead to speculation that the golfcourse may not actually be built.
